Context
For the second edition of its Guide des bonnes pratiques, the Commission municipale du Québec wished to improve the appeal of its graphic design and have a more dynamic layout to make the electronic document easier to read. The design template had to comply with the Programme d’identification visuelle du Québec and the accessibility standards for government publications.
Process
Due to the document’s informational nature, Dyade had to emphasize different types of information (e.g. case studies, examples, etc.) to make them easy to locate. To accomplish this, a multi-level hierarchy was created to emphasize certain elements in the graphic layout. It allowed for convenient browsing and improved readability.
Result
An appealing design and easy-to-read layout.
